  2. Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

  35. So $120 a month and they will handle everything right? What if a tenant damage the property and major repair is required? Would that $120 a month cover it or I as a landlord will need to pay ?

    WHO IS EXPECTING PAYMENTS?
    HOW MANY COMPANIES ARE INVOLVED?

As a 27 year just starting my own property management company and also as someone who has spent almost 10 years living with various flatmates I can tell you….the most important thing is to pick the right tenant….And I got a good idea for it after years 😅Some people put on a nice fasade to convince you and then two months later they will trash the place while high and drunk out of their mind

    Never use a property manager never rent from a property manager deal with the owner directly no middlemen no rich people.
