    Dear Rob, thanks once again for another great piece of advice. We are in that dilemma on time management since we are still a two-people consulting firm. Most of our time is consumed by proposal writing, that is, bidding for new consulting work, and we are seeing that we need to catch up on our delivery timelines. It’s time we put our processes in place. What would you suggest to me?

    How about making a video with the tools and apps you may use/have used or suggest, to help small-medium consulting firms to deliver improved projects, streamline internal procedures etc. Maybe a document management system, an accounting software, a project management tool, marketing apps etc.?
